How it works from anywhere on the map
The process is the same wherever you are: tell us what is happening, get the machine to us, get a diagnosis and a quote before any work, and get it back fixed, tested and explained.
- Drop-off in Denmead - by appointment, address sent when you book.
- Local collection and return - can usually be arranged inside the ten-mile ring; ask when you book.
- Post it in from further afield - postage both ways goes on the bill.
- Office setups - in person only, within the local area.
Where we work, and what that looks like from each place.
Distances are rough road miles from our workshop in Denmead. Every job, from every town, is quoted before any work starts.
PC and laptop repair in Waterlooville
Waterlooville is three miles from the workshop, so it is our nearest town and the easiest place for a quick drop-off or a collection on the way past. Slow PCs, laptops that will not charge, virus clean-ups and SSD upgrades are the everyday jobs from here, and the Azury company's registered office is in the Precinct, so we are around a lot anyway. Cowplain, Purbrook and Widley are covered on the same basis.
PC and laptop repair in Horndean and Clanfield
Horndean is about five miles away and Clanfield six, up the A3. Collection and return here is straightforward, and for anyone working from home in the villages a same-visit look at Wi-Fi coverage or a home-office setup is easy to fit in with a repair drop-off.
PC and laptop repair in Havant, Bedhampton and Emsworth
Havant is around seven miles from Denmead and Emsworth about ten, right on the edge of the ring. Collection can usually be arranged, and both are on the way for our business setup work along the A27. If you are further east towards Chichester, post-in is the practical option and we will tell you honestly whether the job is worth the postage.
PC and laptop repair in Portsmouth, Cosham and Southsea
Portsmouth city centre is about nine miles away, Cosham five and Southsea eleven. Students, home workers and small offices make up most of the repairs from the city: laptops with cracked screens or worn batteries, gaming PCs that have started crashing, and machines that have simply filled up and slowed down. Custom gaming builds are popular from Portsmouth too, collected from Denmead or delivered and set up for a call-out charge.
PC and laptop repair in Fareham and Wickham
Fareham is about eight miles west and Wickham five, both an easy run along the A27 or through the Meon Valley. Small businesses around Fareham are where a lot of our office work comes from - workstations, printers, backups and Wi-Fi - alongside the usual home repairs.
PC and laptop repair in Gosport
Gosport is around eleven miles by road, on the far side of the harbour, so it sits at the edge of the collection area. Drop-off in Denmead or post-in both work well from here, and we will say up front which makes more sense for the job.
PC and laptop repair in Bishop's Waltham and the Meon Valley
Bishop's Waltham is about eight miles north-west, with Hambledon and Southwick closer in. Rural broadband and Wi-Fi that will not reach the far end of an old house are as common a call-out here as a dead PC, and both are things we sort.
PC and laptop repair in Petersfield
Petersfield is about ten miles north up the A3 and the northern edge of the ring. Collection can usually be arranged, drop-off in Denmead is a twenty-minute drive, and for a laptop that just needs a screen or a battery, post-in is often the least fuss. Liss, Liphook and the villages beyond are post-in territory - ask and we will be straight with you.
Somewhere else?
If it is a sensible drive from Denmead we will usually say yes. Further afield, repairs can be posted to us with postage both ways on the bill, and custom builds ship anywhere in the UK. Office and desk setups are in person only, within the local area.
